A fresh and vibrant pasta dish, perfect for any day!
Étape 1
Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water for the pasta. Once it reaches a rolling boil, add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute, being careful not to burn it.

Add the sliced bell pepper to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until the peppers are softened.

Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until they begin to break down slightly.

Pour in the tomato sauce and stir to combine. Let it simmer for a few minutes so that the flavors meld together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well to coat the noodles with the sauce. If the mixture seems too thick, you can add a splash of the pasta cooking water to loosen it up.
